At L.A. COLORS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your beauty haul; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via the online portal with your order number and the specific items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
